Zoho widget wekall client documentation

Requirements

  • Wekall Contact Center

  • User with wekall contact center

  • Be associated with a campaign in wekall contact

  • Have a premium account in zoho

Widget Usage

You must first log in from the softphone, with the contact center user wekall

Then log in to zoho and install the widget (if you already have it installed ignore it):

When installing the widget, a phone logo will appear in the lower right part and clicking on it will open the tab

When opening wekall it will ask you to register the sip extension with the code that it shows on the screen

 

When registering the extension, the widget will show the keyboard and the status, where you can make and receive calls depending on the status of the agent.

Apart when receiving incoming call

When making outgoing call

Typing is displayed at the end of a call

When receiving and answering or making a call, the widget searches for the lead or contact, opens the edit box and shows the list of leads or contacts associated with the number.

Note: If there is only one, it does not show the list and if it does not exist, it creates a new lead

At the end of a call, associate a comment to the lead or contact of the call and create the information in zoho calls

In calls you can view the recording and listen to the call
